Default Hello from the Great State of Idaho!

Hello All! My name is Dennis and I'm an Old Greybeard Biker who would like to learn to engrave metal so that I can personalize some of my handguns to start with. But the more that I learn about this craft the more that it is starting to intrigue me so that will probably only be the beginning for me. So I'll be lurking here and there trying to absorb anything I can and I'll be asking questions too. Thank you all in advance. Later,

Dennis,
If you are anywhere near Missoula, MT on Aug 8,9, 10, the Montana Knifemakers Association is having their show at the Harley shop. There will be at least one engraver (me) and possibly two or three others in attendance. There should be something there that interests you - bikes, engraving, and knives!
