Default Tool Holder in ABS

I bought a 3d printer for the kids, but im playing with it quite a bit

My next job on the printer is this, a rotating tool holder that can hold 12 cutters in their insert, and also house the Lindsay pointing down through its core.

Really nice.
Looks like it replaces the row of eye hooks on the edge of the bench.
What printer did you use?
If you can produce these items at will is it a printer or a tool replicator?

Its a printer I bought for my kids, an UP pp3dp printer, does ABS and PLA.
