I have no intentions of suing or anything like that. Life is to short to get ulcers over such things. I'm surprised but not really upset.
What probably happened is a customer came to Antonio wanting one like the pair I did for him. During the time I was not taking work due to backlog and the customer had to go somewhere else. It would have been nice if he had changed the design though.
But Haraga does bring up an interesting point. When an artist of a certain stature does a piece of work don't most people assume the work is their own?
