I added the new Low Profile Turntable Vises to the AirGraver site today.
www.engravingvises.com These have been in the works for some time. Mike Anders and Ray Cover have been testing prototypes. There are five available at this time. There is a larger batch in the works that should be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. Ray found these rubber tires that give just the right amount of grip. The vise is 6" in diameter (same as the Goliath vise) and since is so low (4.5" high) it helping with rigidity. The center of the sphere of the vise is at the top of the jaws, meaning when you tilt the vise the object being held does not move away.
